How we use your details
Northern External Cleaning Co is a sole-trader business based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. This page explains what happens to the details you give us when you ask for a quote or book a clean.
Your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the property address or postcode, and anything you tell us about the job. If you send photos of the property, we keep those with the quote.
To quote for the work, arrange and carry out visits, and send invoices. For regular customers we keep your details so we can let you know when we are due. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not send marketing emails or texts.
The form on our contact page does not send anything to a server. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp on your device with your answers typed into a message to us. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies to that message.
This site does not use cookies or analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google when the page loads.
Quote details for jobs that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer records and invoices are kept for six years for tax purposes, as HMRC requires.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, or have them deleted (except where we must keep invoices for tax). Call or message George on 07735 894261. If you are not happy with how we have handled your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
